The Brief: Engage with female 18-48 year old Singaporeans and Expats to drive awareness sales for the Doorstep Luxury brand – a luxury boutique selling internationally sourced accessories. Launch their new UK handbag brand Zatchels in retail and online across South East Asia.
Our Response: Doorstep Luxury is a well-established brand amongst the local fashion accessory savvy market and it’s PR across renowned fashion magazines like Elle and HerWorld was strong. Our research showed us that the younger fashionista wasn’t so aware of the brand. So we worked on a social media, PR and events plan creating pop-up stores at Singapore’s universities, to create awareness of the new products and drive consumers to social media to enter a fashion competition. In one University alone we drove up the brand’s Facebook likes by 10% and had thousands of consumers voting their way to the prizes. Sales in the 18-24 year old category increased significantly.
